Current Opportunity: Assistant Administrator (Portland, Maine)
We’re seeking a full-time assistant administrator in our Portland, Maine office.
Stroudwater offers a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package including health insurance coverage with no employee premiums, 401(k) and ownership eligibility through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
Salary for this position is in the low-to-mid $40K range depending on experience.
The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, team player with at least four years of professional services administrative experience, preferably in the legal, accounting or consulting fields.
Necessary skills for the position include: Client account and AR tracking and management experience; invoicing, payable and vendor management, collections; general office management duties. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, NetSuite or similar ERP software experience; HR and recruitment experience a strong plus.
Start date is flexible but expected to be on or around January 2, 2019.
