January 15, 2019 – Portland, Maine – Stroudwater Associates, a leading national healthcare consulting firm with offices in Atlanta, Nashville, and Portland, Maine, announced executive leadership changes, three staff promotions, and the move of its remaining founder to emeritus status.
Marc Voyvodich, who co-created the firm in 1985, stepped away from his Board of Directors Chair and Principal Consultant roles; he will stay on as a Senior Advisor with the firm he helmed for more than 30 years. As part of Voyvodich’s legacy, every employee now has a ‘partnership’ stake via an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), enabling the firm to thrive after his retirement. “I’m very proud to move on to my next adventure while the firm continues to grow and prosper,” said Voyvodich.
New Leadership Structure
