Anika Boddie is an experienced healthcare operations leader with over 15 years managing medical practices, supporting clients, and leading teams across a range of healthcare settings. She values collaboration and accountability, and is passionate about using technology to improve efficiency, simplify workflows, and strengthen revenue performance. As part of Stroudwater’s Provider Services team, Anika is known for improving both client and patient experiences, addressing operational challenges, reducing costs, and streamlining processes.
Anika started her healthcare career in 2006, working in various settings including hospitals, physician-owned practices, and healthcare consulting firms. Previously, she was a Senior Managed Care Contractor at a leading healthcare consulting firm based in Savannah, Georgia, where she reviewed and negotiated payor and managed care contracts. Before that role, she served as Practice Administrator at the largest provider-owned nephrology group in Ocala, Florida, where she provided strategic and operational leadership for the medical practice.
Anika holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University and a Master of Science degree from New Jersey City University. She is also a Certified Specialist in Physician Practice Management (CSPPM) from HFMA.
In her free time, Anika enjoys spending time with her teenage daughter, enjoying nature, and reading all books related to world history.
