Zachary D’Argonne is a fierce advocate and activator for the underserved and communities with a lack of healthcare parity. A social worker and healthcare leader, he was initially drawn to healthcare to support and impact individuals who experienced trauma, grief, or loss; through consulting, his work with individuals has grown and transformed into supporting rural communities. Zachary is an expert in strategy, business, and service line programmatic development, as well as telehealth strategy, operations, and accountability. At Stroudwater, Zachary focuses on development of business strategy, improvement and implementation of telehealth programs, and behavioral health operations & process improvement.

In addition to his work with Stroudwater Associates, Zachary is the Chief Executive Officer for The Eastern Plains Healthcare Consortium, a rural health association in Colorado that specializes in advocacy and hospital sustainability. Zachary spent his early career with Health Corporation of America and held various roles, including Division Vice President of Rural Health/Telehealth and Vice President of Business Development at Swedish Medical Center.

Zachary earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and English from the University of Denver and a Master of Science in Social Work from the Columbia University School of Social Work.

Outside of the office, Zac has served on the Board of Directors for Friends for Youth Juvenile Services since 2018 and is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He and his family live in Colorado.
