Stroudwater welcomes Zachary D’Argonne, a healthcare leader with extensive experience in finance, operations, and telehealth strategy

Stroudwater Associates, the nation’s leading source for strategic, operational, financial, and clinical & quality strategy for rural and community healthcare, announces the expansion of its Strategy and Finance team with the addition of Zachary D’Argonne, LCSW.

D’Argonne brings over ten years of healthcare expertise in strategy, service line programmatic development, and telehealth operations and accountability to Stroudwater’s strategy and finance team. His expertise will support rural and community hospitals in improving telehealth implementation, data, and program adoption, as well as behavioral health operations and process improvement.

“Zachary has a track record of developing and improving telehealth strategies in rural healthcare,” said Eric Shell, CPA, MBA, Board Chair of Stroudwater. “His expertise will play an integral role in helping rural healthcare leaders understand how to leverage telehealth to drive service line growth, improve patient access, and keep care in the local communities.”

In addition to his work with Stroudwater, D’Argonne is the Chief Executive Officer for The Eastern Plains Healthcare Consortium, a Colorado rural health association specializing in advocacy and hospital sustainability. D’Argonne spent his early career with Health Corporation of America and held various roles including Division Vice President of Rural Health/Telehealth and Vice President of Business Development at Swedish Medical Center.

“Rural hospitals have made great strides in telehealth adoption since the pandemic, and the focus now is on building sustainable, effective systems,” said D’Argonne. “I look forward to helping leaders turn that momentum into measurable growth—broadening service lines and improving access to care.”
