Abby is a consultant on Stroudwater’s Partnerships and Affiliations team, bringing a background spanning healthcare, rural health, and partnership development. Grounded in firsthand experience with rural communities, she is dedicated to advancing Stroudwater’s mission to enhance the impact of rural healthcare. In her work, Abby helps healthcare organizations navigate affiliations and partnerships that improve long-term sustainability, expand access to care, and strengthen the communities they serve.
Before joining Stroudwater, Abby worked at Mid-Columbia Community Action Council, a rural nonprofit serving the Columbia River Gorge region, where she managed complex cross-sector partnerships, implemented operational changes to strengthen care coordination, and led regional data collection and analysis efforts. Prior to that, she interned at a federally qualified health center serving rural Oregon and Washington, supporting mobile medical unit operations and delivering preventive health services to medically underserved communities across the region.
