Shared Learning, Peer Support, and Actionable Insights for RHCs
Rural Health Clinics (RHCs) play a vital role in delivering accessible, high-quality care in underserved communities. Yet they face increasing challenges—from workforce constraints and reimbursement pressures to evolving regulatory expectations and rising patient complexity.
To meet these challenges head-on, Stroudwater Associates has launched the RHC Collaborative Network—a learning community designed to equip clinic leaders and staff with practical tools, peer support, and strategic guidance. This is not a regulatory requirement or grant-funded program. It’s a professional network built by and for rural clinic leaders to foster continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.
A Collaborative Model Designed for Real-World Impact
The RHC Collaborative Network is intentionally structured to be flexible, inclusive, and responsive to member needs. It brings together a multidisciplinary group of rural health professionals committed to shared improvement.
Members shape the discussion topics through ongoing feedback and surveys, ensuring that sessions are relevant, timely, and applicable to daily operations.
Clinic administrators, providers, quality officers, billing professionals, and care team members are all welcome. Diverse perspectives create richer conversations and more meaningful takeaways.
Each cohort is limited in size to encourage deeper connections, candid dialogue, and relationship-building across geographies and clinic structures.
We host bi-monthly virtual sessions with the option to convene additional meetings based on need or urgency. Every session emphasizes actionable learning and shared solutions.
Why This Matters
RHCs are the backbone of primary care in many rural communities. Yet they operate under unique constraints that require tailored strategies—not one-size-fits-all solutions.
The RHC Collaborative Network supports RHCs in:
- Navigating operational and staffing challenges
- Strengthening care delivery models
- Understanding policy changes and funding shifts
- Building leadership capacity across roles
- Improving financial and clinical performance through shared learning
