Rural Health Clinics (RHCs) play a vital role in delivering accessible, high-quality care in underserved communities. Yet they face increasing challenges—from workforce constraints and reimbursement pressures to evolving regulatory expectations and rising patient complexity.

To meet these challenges head-on, Stroudwater Associates has launched the RHC Collaborative Network—a learning community designed to equip clinic leaders and staff with practical tools, peer support, and strategic guidance. This is not a regulatory requirement or grant-funded program. It’s a professional network built by and for rural clinic leaders to foster continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation.

The RHC Collaborative Network is intentionally structured to be flexible, inclusive, and responsive to member needs. It brings together a multidisciplinary group of rural health professionals committed to shared improvement.

Members shape the discussion topics through ongoing feedback and surveys, ensuring that sessions are relevant, timely, and applicable to daily operations.
